The websites above are designed to help everyone watch world events from a Bible perspective. The word "prophecy" means a prediction of what will happen in the future. There are many prophecies in the Bible - most of which have been fulfilled and some which are still to happen.
"The last days" and "signs of the times" are phrases we might be familiar with. But what do they mean? They relate to the time leading up to the return of the Lord Jesus Christ to set up his Father's Kingdom on earth. They are described as birth pains. Times of anguish and distress in the world which become more and more intense. We are told to watch these signs and to be ready for Jesus' return.
42 Watch therefore, for you don’t know in what hour your Lord comes. 43 But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what watch of the night the thief was coming, he would have watched, and would not have allowed his house to be broken into. 44 Therefore also be ready, for in an hour that you don’t expect, the Son of Man will come.
